Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical and product disciplines — Software Engineering, Data, and Product
Act as a trusted advisor to technology and product leaders, refining hiring processes and aligning on capability needs
Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across multiple technical domains and seniority levels
Deliver a first-class candidate experience — timely communication, thoughtful feedback, and authentic advocacy
Use recruitment data to monitor hiring velocity, quality of hire, and process efficiency — turning insights into action
Collaborate closely with your Move squad — sharing learnings, optimising tools, and continually improving delivery quality
Adapt quickly to evolving client priorities and hiring challenges in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Requirements
Proven experience recruiting for Engineering, Data, or Product roles within tech scale-ups or high-growth environments
Strong understanding of technical hiring landscapes — from modern engineering stacks to data and product org design
Proficiency with sourcing and hiring tools — LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse, Ashby), and analytics dashboards
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders such as CTOs, VPs, and Product leaders
Excellent communication and organisational skills — able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
A proactive, adaptable mindset with comfort navigating technical complexity and ambiguity
Curiosity and credibility when discussing technology — you ask sharp questions, learn fast, and build trust with technical talent
UK-based, with the ability to attend occasional client or team sessions in London
