Responsibilities
Partner with AEs and AMs to support discovery, demos, and solution design
Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer use cases
Support RFPs, technical documentation, and security reviews
Translate customer requirements into technical and workflow-aligned solutions
Answer customer questions regarding products and implementation
Validate integration feasibility, data requirements, and system compatibility
Identify risks and gaps early in the sales process
Work with Product and Engineering on technical questions and escalations
Requirements
1-3+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales
Experience with SaaS platforms, integrations, or healthcare technology
Deep understanding of data, workflows, and system integrations (particularly in the home health or hospice space)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience selling into home-based healthcare, the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
