- Expert level knowledge of credit/underwriting guidelines and credit risk assessment.
- Established track record of developing and maintaining High Net Worth relationships.
- Extensive knowledge of consumer lending laws and regulations.
- Eligibility to register with NMLS as a mortgage loan originator.
