About the role

  • Support the implementation and ongoing operation of Monzo’s new GRC system. Enhance risk management processes while collaborating across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the implementation and ongoing operation of Monzo’s new GRC system
  • Supporting delivery of the GRC tooling rollout
  • Leading on training, communications, and change adoption
  • Designing training materials and running sessions
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all things related to the GRC system across Monzo
  • Designing and operating processes for system access and ongoing governance
  • Performing core platform admin activities
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve system usability
  • Ensuring the tool continues to evolve in line with Monzo’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework

Requirements

  • Experienced in implementing and/or administering Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions
  • Skilled in risk/control reporting and data management
  • Detail-oriented and adept with G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Strategic thinker, capable of balancing immediate tactical requirements with long-term strategic objectives
  • Focused on designing elegant, scalable solutions with a flexible, commercial mindset
  • Consistent role model for Monzo’s core values and expected behaviours.
