Talent Partner managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a fast-growing company. Specializing in Technology roles and collaborating closely with hiring managers in the London Office.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of the end-to-end talent life cycle from the initial job briefing through to onboarding within agreed time to hire targets.
Use a variety of sourcing methods to attract high calibre talent within technology and other functions, while building networks for current and future vacancies.
Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers, proactively managing their expectations, providing advice on market trends and best practice guidance.
Lead and support on a range of Talent Acquisition projects that help to improve hiring processes, recruitment metrics and promote best practice.
Actively explore new DE&I initiatives that promote and advance inclusive hiring.
Identify opportunities to further improve our employer brand and our reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements
3-4 years recruiting within an ‘in-house’ talent team environment, partnering with hiring managers to successfully build their teams.
Proven background and expertise with technology hiring expertise, ideally mobile (iOS, Android) and .NET, C#.
Direct sourcing using a variety of methods including engaging passive talent as standard practice.
Significant experience working on talent related projects that add value and improve processes, e.g. automations, candidate journey and experience reviews.
Strong data analysis experience to monitor and track funnel metrics to identify pipeline bottlenecks and make improvements.
A natural collaborator, with a ‘team first’ mindset, able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices as well as approaches to diversity and inclusion.
Coordination, planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
