About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the product roadmap with a focus on setting OKRs that align with Moneris' strategic mission
- Define, execute, and own the end-to-end user experience across the entire product journey

- Define and communicate the business value of product features
- Manage the product commercialization strategy
- Own product success by setting performance metrics
- Oversee product P&L, contributing to strategic discussions

Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in Product Management
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Technical understanding of software development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience developing digital solutions
- Experience in scrum/agile methodologies
- Experience in go-to-market planning
- End-to-end design thinking
- Experience in SMB SaaS and payments
- Knowledge of in store POS and eCommerce solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Education: University degree (or equivalent experience)
