Responsibilities
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication and relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain/changing displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of products
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Order products via iPad Tablet for shelf and display
- Ensure products are well represented, stocked, and maintained
- Follow daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while in-store
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within a 25-35 miles range from the primary location: San Diego, CA
