About the role
- Nabisco Merchandiser managing in-store merchandising and customer relationships at Mondelēz International. Stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and optimizing product visibility in stores across Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products on shelves
- Construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display
- Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
- Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Ability to drive to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from Roseburg, OR
