Responsibilities
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stocking store shelves and maintaining displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Order product for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
- Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and meet defined physical activities
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from Lehigh Acres, FL
