About the role
- Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer bringing snacks to life in-store for Mondelēz International. Executes store visits, builds relationships, and ensures product visibility and availability.
Responsibilities
- Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking as a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer.
- Bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store.
- Build relationships, stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure shoppers find their favorite snacks.
- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
- Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Excellence, capturing display photos.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
- Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
- Stay Safe & Compliant: embrace the physical nature of the role including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal ID.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills!
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Bowie, MD
- Schedule availability required: Four weekdays & 1 weekend day required.
