About the role

  • Data Migration Manager planning and executing data migration tasks for SAP S/4HANA rollout. Leading coordination and validation efforts to ensure data integrity during system transition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data migration strategy aligned with the project schedule
  • Define and manage cutover plans, including activity sequencing and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with functional teams to validate migrated data and ensure completeness
  • Monitor and mitigate risks related to data migration and cutover activities
  • Provide leadership during go-live and ensure a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA
  • Other routine responsibilities in the area.

Requirements

  • Expertise in SAP data migration tools (SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, ETL tools)
  • Strong understanding of legacy system data structures and data cleansing processes
  • Experience planning and executing cutovers in large-scale ERP projects
  • Knowledge of master data for mining and manufacturing (materials, bills of materials/BOM, finance, production)
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree
  • Language: Advanced spoken English required (there will be an interview stage in English).
