- Own the product lifecycle - from discovery and design to implementation, rollout, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
- Conduct ongoing conversations with users to acquire a deep understanding of their needs and pain points.
- Support smooth releases and ensure platform adoption across the organization.
- Provide clear direction and smart prioritization, helping a highly capable and opinionated team stay focused and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
- Bachelor of science or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of product management experience in a tech company.
- You have worked on a product for technical users such as ML researchers, validation engineers, and analyst teams.
- Partner with engineering on release planning and drive adoption and onboarding across user groups.
- Strong customer orientation and proven experience building products that meet customer needs and organizational goals.
- Ability to understand complex flows involving data operations, ML lifecycle, and validation.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with incomplete or ambiguous requirements, demonstrating a deep understanding of complex organizational dynamics.
