About the role

  • Senior Marketing Manager leading marketing strategy and activations for Banking & Financial Services at Oliver Wyman. Driving measurable impact across practice initiatives with strategic planning and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Help shape and lead the strategy and execution of practice-wide marketing initiatives including thought leadership series, capability launches, digital demand programs, client events, and partnership campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of flagship initiatives; own budget/vendor scopes and quality control
  • Coach and mentor junior marketing staff (e.g., Marketing Managers/Coordinators)
  • Act as the Director’s deputy: lead senior stakeholder meetings, present to practice leadership, and oversee multiple workstreams with minimal oversight

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7–10+ years in B2B marketing/communications, ideally with banking or financial services sector experience
  • Strong project and campaign management skills, with experience across digital, events, content, and PR
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with marketing automation, CMS, analytics platforms, and project tools (e.g., Monday.com)
