Responsibilities

  • Manage the integration of newly hired Office Admins into the workflow of the team
  • Oversee services to ensure efficient functioning of business support services
  • Assume the role of Office Admin for the designated office
  • Coordinate the training schedule of new team members
  • Manage workflow coordination for the team
  • Conduct mid- and year-end reviews for the assigned Office Admins
  • Provide coaching to Office Admins to help them achieve their goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of corporate administrative experience in a people manager capacity
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate and manage workflows effectively
  • Experience in training and onboarding new team members
  • Proven ability to provide coaching and development support
  • Skilled in conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback
