About the role
- Invoicing Specialist managing client invoicing requests and collaborating with support teams at Marsh. Requires financial background and proficiency in handling billing systems with remote collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Create and generate invoice requests, working closely with client support teams
- Manage your book of work and ensure timely delivery on all cases as per SLAs (i.e. Meet SLAs on Accuracy, Productivity and TAT as per agreed standards)
- Utilize proprietary billing systems to ensure timely and accurate invoice requests
- Meet individual productivity, accuracy, and timeliness metrics
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and data security guidelines
- Remain current by understanding and following all Marsh compliance, professional and transparency standards
- Highlight and escalate operational risks to appropriate authorities for corrective action
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field
- 2+ years of experience in team and administrative process management, preferably within the insurance industry and US insurance
- Good analytical skills to understand reports and performance trends
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote client teams
- Attention to detail and ability to conduct research to ensure accuracy in invoicing
