About the role

  • Business Analyst role in a Lyon-based insurance software company. Aiming to enhance client communication and project deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the functional quality of delivered solutions
  • Streamline client communication and improve the reliability of business specifications
  • Guide and advise clients on the feasibility and functional relevance of their requests
  • Analyze the current environment and identify gaps between requirements and the software solution
  • Write detailed functional specifications and obtain client validation

Requirements

  • University degree (Bac+4 minimum) in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
  • Strong command of writing functional specifications, conducting functional tests, and managing user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Comfortable using project management and Agile tracking tools
  • Experience in the insurance sector is a plus
