About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide Systems Engineering (SE) support to a government customer
- Review, analyze, and develop technical documentation
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to maintain documentation consistency
- Contribute to the development of actionable technical reports that support decision-making
- Plan and execute detailed technical analyses, reporting findings, and updating SE processes
Requirements
- Possess between four to six years of professional experience in systems engineering
- Strong background in engineering design reviews and technical analysis
- Proficiency in handling engineering documentation including specifications, interface control documents, engineering change proposals, test plans, reports, and comprehensive engineering analyses
- Familiarity with systems engineering processes such as configuration management, structured technical reviews, and process alignment
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Electrical or Vehicle Electronics fields
- Experience in navigating the full lifecycle of defense acquisition systems
- Strong analytical thinking and technical communication skills
- A current and active Secret clearance is mandatory
