Responsibilities
Play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions
Work within cross-functional teams on cutting-edge projects that transform the way businesses operate
Report directly to our Systems Engineering Manager
Impact the development of cutting-edge systems that power innovative solutions
Ensure that the system design aligns with Honeywell's quality standards and industry best practices
Maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends
Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities, aligning them with the company's goals and objectives
Effective coordination and communication with multi-disciplinary design teams, systems engineering teams, project management organizations, internal and external customers
Technical leadership and oversight of control system integration and test and development equipment
Ownership and leading field issue troubleshooting and support
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Minimum 2 years of experience in systems engineering
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Experience in leading complex system integration projects
Knowledge of the product development lifecycle
Individuals that quickly analyze and apply new information and concepts
Leading diverse and global team
Individuals who are self-motivated, able to work with little supervision, and who consistently take the initiative to get things done
