About the role
- Engineer developing and maintaining cycle time metrics and methodologies at Micron Technology. Leading continuous improvement projects and collaborating with site stakeholders for operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cycle time metrics, reports, tools, enablers, and methodologies
- Drive network standardization of metrics, measurement scope and definitions
- Establish and support cycle time targets aligned with Micron Best in Class objectives
- Identify performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities using descriptive, predictive, and statistical analysis techniques
- Lead and manage a portfolio of cycle time improvement initiatives
- Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching
- Partner with Site and Central Operations & Engineering teams to gather, analyze, and interpret cycle time and operational excellence data
- Build and sustain effective working relationships with internal customers
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of recent semiconductor experience
- Strong understanding of Backend or Front-End manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python
- Foundational understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
- A curious, analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
