About the role
- HBM Customer Systems Validation Engineer responsible for system-level validation and technical customer integration support at Micron. Collaborating with various engineering teams to ensure product functionality and success.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for system-level validation, failure analysis, characterization, and experimentation of customer systems
- Run and configure diagnostic software, design experiments, analyze and interpret data
- Provide technical customer integration support at customer locations
- Work with customers and memory enablers like GPU manufacturers to attain design wins and qualifications of Micron memory products
- Debug Micron Product Customer Failures
- Provide technical support to customers and the field sales
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Return Material Authorization (RMA)
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (or an equivalent field)
- 2-4 years of experience or 1-3 years of experience respectively
- Comfortable working and programming with Linux, Python/C/C++, version control systems (git, svn)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of DRAM operations and computer networking
