About the role

  • Financial Analyst at Mirego focused on revenue and performance insights to enhance project profitability. Building financial models, dashboards, and managing billing processes.

Responsibilities

  • You advise the sales team on pricing, terms and risks, and you challenge margin and delivery assumptions.
  • You build P&Ls by project and by team and identify levers for improvement.
  • You design and deploy dashboards and ensure data consistency to inform the team about billable hours, the sales cycle and, more broadly, all activities that affect revenue and finance.
  • You develop cost and pricing models (T&M, fixed‑price, retainers); perform sensitivity analyses, scenario modelling and break‑even analyses.
  • You analyze project profitability to advise the sales team on pricing and contractual terms.
  • You ensure operational rigor (traceability, templates) and the quality of timesheets to measure project progress and maximize tax credits (CDAE IA, RSDE).
  • You take charge of end‑to‑end billing (preparation, supporting documents, sending, follow‑up), run structured collection efforts to reduce payment timelines, and qualify clients (credit checks) while securing payment commitments.
  • You contribute to monthly financial analyses (revenue reconciliations, work‑in‑progress assessment, revenue recognition for services/fixed‑price/SaaS and budget reconciliations) and you support continuous improvement and audits.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance or business intelligence within a technology organization (digital solutions, professional services, consulting or agencies).
  • Fluency in French and English to engage on contracts, RFPs and client communications.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence tools.
  • Comfort with business intelligence/data‑modelling tools (e.g., Zoho Analytics, Excel/Sheets, etc.).
  • Demonstrated rigor, organization and autonomy; results‑oriented with strong analytical ability and sustained attention to data quality and compliance.
  • Ability to work across varied operational topics and to quickly learn new tools and processes.
  • Understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.
