Responsibilities

  • You support the sales team in negotiations and manage the contract lifecycle (MSA, SOW, NDA): drafting/adapting SOWs, managing versions and signatures, maintaining the obligations register, and handling renewals, with legal support as needed.
  • You standardize the templates in use and implement tracking and automation processes (reminders, deadlines, renewals).
  • You design and deploy dashboards and ensure data consistency to inform the team on billable hours, the sales cycle, and, more broadly, all activities that influence revenue and finance.
  • You support responses to requests for proposals (RFPs): response planning, section allocation, version control, editorial consistency, and compliance.
  • You analyze project profitability to advise the sales team on pricing and contract terms.
  • You ensure operational rigor (traceability, templates) and timesheet quality to measure project progress and maximize tax credits (CDAE IA, RSDE).
  • You own end-to-end billing (preparation, supporting documents, sending, follow-up), conduct structured collections to reduce payment delays, and qualify clients (credit checks) while ensuring payment commitments.
  • You contribute to monthly financial analyses (revenue reconciliation, WIP, revenue recognition for services/retainers/SaaS, and budget reconciliations) and support continuous improvement and audits.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business operations, revenue operations, or business intelligence within a technology organization (digital solutions, professional services, consulting, or agencies).
  • Proficiency in French and English to work with contracts, RFPs, and client communications.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence tools.
  • Comfortable with business intelligence/data modeling tools (e.g., Zoho Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
  • Demonstrated rigor, organization, and autonomy; results-oriented with strong analytical skills and sustained attention to data quality and compliance.
  • Ability to work across diverse operational topics and to quickly learn new tools and processes.
  • Understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.
  • Comfortable with contractual frameworks (MSA, SOW, NDA).
