About the role

  • Junior Software Engineer supporting and optimizing healthcare technology solutions in Berlin startup. Collaborating on backend systems and customer support for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Support the further development and optimization of our backend and embedded systems
  • Customer support: answer user questions about the product, assist customers with hardware installations, and report and process customer feedback on bugs and feature requests
  • Configure software and hardware at HQ
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime and maximize performance
  • Further develop the setup and DICOM integrations
  • Administrative tasks: device management, MDM

Requirements

  • Some experience in backend development with languages such as Python or Java/Kotlin
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and their implementation
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment and adapt flexibly to new challenges
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team to develop solutions collaboratively
