About the role
- Technical Consultant advising clients on BPM projects and automating business processes. Developing BPM architectures and implementing processes using Java, Spring, and Docker.
Responsibilities
- You support and advise our clients on BPM projects and actively participate in orchestrating and automating their business processes.
- You design well-thought-out BPM architectures together with our clients, ensuring a clear separation of process and business logic, and take into account the interaction between frontend and backend.
- You implement business processes and write clean, maintainable, and well-testable code that meets our clients' quality objectives and non-functional requirements.
- In addition to business logic, you integrate external systems and reliably and efficiently orchestrate their interaction within processes.
- You analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Together with our clients you design and model new processes in BPMN 2.0 and support their implementation.
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in process automation, ideally with prior consulting experience.
- Very good knowledge of Java, Spring, and Docker.
- Experience with BPMN 2.0 and/or another process management tool such as Signavio or Adonis.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivation, a strong willingness to learn, and enjoyment of dynamic teamwork in a growing company.
