About the role

• Junior SAP FI Consultant at Minsait performing functional support and documentation in AMS operations for finance modules. Collaborates with senior consultants and business areas in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate in AMS support operations for SAP FI, focusing on the AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable) and GL (General Ledger) submodules, providing functional support, incident analysis, testing and documentation, following AMS and ITIL practices, and liaising with business areas and more senior consultants.
• Handle support tickets (level 1 and 2) in the FI-AP, FI-AR and FI-GL submodules
• Perform initial incident analysis, investigate errors and collect evidence
• Execute unit tests and support business acceptance testing
• Log, track and update tickets in an ITSM tool, ensuring SLA compliance
• Support small functional improvements and adjustments under the guidance of mid-level/senior consultants
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, evidence, manuals and process mappings
• Interact with business areas to understand requirements and validations

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of SAP FI (AP, AR and GL)
• Understanding of master data, accounting documents, payments and financial processes
• Previous experience in AMS support, testing or operations in SAP FI
• Familiarity with ITIL (incident, problem and request management)
• Experience with ITSM tools
• Ability to produce functional documentation, execute tests and provide user support
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori (desirable)
• Understanding of FI integration with MM and SD (desirable)
• Knowledge of Brazil tax/localization processes (TAXBRA) (desirable)
• Experience with testing, user acceptance and simple configurations/parameterizations (desirable)
• Good communication, proactivity, teamwork and analytical skills (desirable).
