About the role

• Analyst responsible for SAP CCS Billing processes at Minsait. Focusing on improvements in billing procedures and integration with other SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve inconsistencies in calculation, billing, and electricity bill printing processes.
• Configure and adjust billing and tax rules in the SAP IS‑U CCS Billing & Invoicing module.
• Propose functional improvements to optimize the billing cycle and reduce recurring errors.
• Interpret business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within SAP.
• Validate and test new configurations by creating and executing test scenarios before production release.
• Document functional and technical specifications for implemented improvements and fixes.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams and integrate solutions with the DM (Device Management) and FI‑CA (Contract Accounting) modules.
• Monitor tax and fiscal impacts related to electricity billing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Solid experience configuring and maintaining billing and invoicing processes, including tax determination rules.
• Experience integrating the Billing & Invoicing module with SAP DM and FI‑CA modules.
• Hands‑on experience in solution testing, including creating and executing test scenarios to validate calculation, billing, and printing processes.
• Participation in SAP IS‑U (CCS) implementation or improvement projects focused on calculation, billing, and printing within energy sector companies.
