About the role

  • Manufacturing technician supporting medical devices production and testing processes. Collaborating with engineering teams to implement practical ideas and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support product/processes for new product transfer projects
  • Perform sustaining to manufacturing operations in the clean room
  • Assemble and/or produce and testing high quality medical devices
  • Execute equipment setups as needed including Installation Qualification (IQ)
  • Assist in range finding/establishing key process inputs and verifying outputs as part of OQ/PQ validations
  • Complete all administrative functions relating to completion of orders, including entering data into SAP Labor Database
  • Work with area Team Lead and/or engineers to develop and implement practical ideas
  • Solicit ideas for improved quality and productivity from production staff

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Technician degree certification
  • Advance engineering student
  • Strong knowledge of building medical catheters and equipment set-up
  • Fully understands drawing/prints and product specifications
  • Demonstrated commitment to ensuring a safe work environment
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Willing and able to conduct a wide variety of responsibilities across manufacturing engineering
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally to the United States.
