About the role

  • Provide support to internal users through our ticketing system, resolving technical issues efficiently and meeting established SLAs.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software support issues for all employees.
  • Provide dedicated support for Microsoft 365 (M365) and Google Workspace administration and user issues.
  • Administer and support our Jamf Pro environment for macOS device management, ensuring security and compliance.
  • Provide comprehensive support for both macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Handle user lifecycle management, including the onboarding and offboarding of users, ensuring a seamless process for new hires and departing employees.
  • Support laptop allocation to new joiners, coordinating with HR and the workspace team for remote joiner asset allocation.
  • Update and manage the asset management system to maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets.
  • Participate in IT infrastructure maintenance, including system building, imaging, and deployment processes.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation for support procedures and common issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience ( 3+ years) in a similar IT support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of macOS administration and Windows laptop administration.
  • Expert-level troubleshooting skills for both macOS and Windows environments.
  • Knowledge and experience in administering Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft 365 (M365).
  • Familiarity with macOS management, preferably with experience in Jamf Pro.
  • Knowledge of modern device management concepts, including Microsoft Intune (endpoint management).
