Product Specialist implementing CORI robotic systems in orthopedics, providing clinical support, and developing customer relationships. Focused on knee and hip applications in the DACH region.
Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing the CORI robotic system for knee and hip applications with new customers
Support and further develop existing robot users, including identifying opportunities for expanded use of the CORI system
Provide clinical support for complex primary and revision procedures in knee and hip surgery
Ensure instrument availability and perform fault analysis and first-level support
Conduct systematic market and territory analyses with a focus on the competitive landscape, customer requirements, purchase-decision criteria, and local market changes, taking budget planning into account
Maintain complete documentation of all relevant activities in the CRM system
Actively contribute to regional medical-education events, particularly courses at the Munich Academy
Present and demonstrate CORI technology at congresses and at regional and local professional events
Collaborate closely across departments within the team on strategic projects and initiatives
Requirements
Completed medical training (e.g., OR nurse or registered nurse) or alternatively a comparable vocational qualification or a degree combined with relevant professional experience
At least two years of proven successful sales experience in medical devices, ideally in orthopedics or arthroplasty
Solid experience in providing clinical support in the OR environment as well as in the care and development of existing customers
Strong service- and customer-orientation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a high affinity for OR technology and robot-assisted systems
High degree of teamwork, organizational strength and initiative
Confident use of common IT systems, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Valid driving licence class B, high willingness to travel (approx. 80%), and residence within the defined sales territory
