About the role
- Senior Quality Assurance Analyst leading software testing initiatives at MillerKnoll, ensuring high-quality solutions across enterprise applications and platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve software quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute manual and automated software testing across multiple platforms, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Cybersource, Manhattan OMS/SCALE, and AWS-integrated services
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business and technical requirements
- Ensure complete test coverage for all functional, regression, integration, and usability testing activities
- Apply deep understanding of SDLC and agile/scrum methodologies to integrate testing throughout the development lifecycle
- Identify, document, and track software defects and coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution
- Oversee the use and maintenance of test management tools such as Playwright, Jira, and Zephyr
- Conduct root-cause analysis for issues to drive corrective and preventive actions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure quality considerations are embedded in all phases
- Create, maintain, and improve QA documentation including test cases, execution reports, and defect logs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6–8 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, including web application and e-commerce testing
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce.com, NetSuite, and Warehouse Management systems
- 8+ years of manual testing experience, including functional, regression, performance, smoke, and integration testing
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environments
- Experience with project and test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, and Playwright
- Ability to mentor and lead QA team members while driving continuous quality improvements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
