About the role
- Corporate Lawyer focusing on corporate and labor law to serve clients in hospitality and services. Actively writing legal documents and providing consultation for various corporate law needs.
Responsibilities
- Managing and executing the firm’s routine tasks, including drafting pleadings, monitoring deadlines, and participating in hearings;
- Drafting pleadings and appeals, including those directed to higher courts, with legal analysis and risk assessment;
- Acting in hearings, chambers with judges, and delivering oral arguments;
- Direct client contact through meetings and regular communications;
- Managing the cases under your responsibility, monitoring deadlines and taking necessary procedural steps;
- Providing technical support for advisory and contentious matters related to labor and corporate law.
Requirements
- Active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association);
- Up to 5 years since completion of law degree;
- Experience drafting pleadings and appeals, including before appellate courts;
- Experience or significant work with companies in the hospitality sector, bars, restaurants and service providers;
- Strong procedural knowledge and organized approach to managing legal work.
