- Lead Process Design & Deployment
- Develop, implement, and stabilize core inventory and order execution processes

- Support Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Guide design, testing, deployment, and post launch improvement

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Order to Cash, or related process engineering fields.
- A proven track record leading large, multi-functional process or systems initiatives.
- Strong comfort working with digital tools, supply chain systems, or ERP related transformations.
- Demonstrated skill in influencing without authority and serving as an informal subject matter leader.
- Strong analytical thinking balanced with hands on execution.
- Experience building standards, critical metrics, and performance frameworks.
- A passion for operational excellence, process simplification, and continuous improvement.
- A systems mindset approach—understanding how processes, data, tools, and operations interconnect.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
