About the role
- Senior Java Developer and Architect in Technology Team, developing digital technology solutions and contributing to architectural excellence. Support junior developers while working on application frameworks and platforms.
Responsibilities
- You will form part of the Technology team that develops and maintains the rapid application development platform (Helium Rapid) as well as the Java based framework used for application development.
- These platforms are used by Mezzanine’s product developers to develop the products that we take to market.
- You will be contributing to the architectural design and own the technical excellence of the products.
- You will develop and communicate the use of ‘best practice’ during product development and contribute towards the technical development of junior product developers.
Requirements
- 10+ years overall experience in information technology.
- 10+ years’ experience in development.
- 5+ years’ experience in Java development.
- 10+ years’ experience working with SQL databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
- Advantageous Experience in Java EE candidate
