About the role

  • Coordenador(a) managing contracts and portfolios for clients in a civil engineering company. Engaging in process improvements and financial analysis for project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact to understand the scope, schedule, and cost of services provided.
  • Conduct process alignments and follow-ups for ongoing projects.
  • Monitor operational deliveries and drive continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Monitor and control contract performance through financial analyses (revenue and cost).
  • Negotiate contractual claims with the client.
  • Identify and pursue new requests and opportunities with the client.
  • Manage direct and indirect teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture/Urbanism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Availability for on-site visits to client locations and the central office.
  • Knowledge of project and process management.
  • Experience with financial management is a plus.
