About the role
- Graphic & Motion Designer responsible for creating visuals for an energy startup. Collaborating on brand development and producing engaging digital content across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- You develop the visual language of our brand and ensure our content looks high-quality, consistent and modern — whether static or motion.
- Design graphics, illustrations and visuals for the website, social media and campaigns
- Further develop our corporate design and implement it across all touchpoints
- Produce and edit short video formats for social media, ads and internal communications
- Create animation elements, motion graphics and short explainer videos
- Select and edit imagery, sound and music
- Develop and implement visual assets for performance campaigns
- Design presentations, brochures and landing page graphics
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Tech to maintain a clear and consistent visual language
- Ensure high quality standards and clean handoffs
- Maintain and evolve our asset libraries
- Work closely with stakeholders and deliver quickly in iterative cycles
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, motion design or a related role
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) or comparable tools
- Experience in video editing, animation and producing short social media formats
- Strong sense for layout, typography, color and modern visual trends
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Enthusiasm for building and evolving brands visually
