Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in SHE or related discipline.
- Extensive experience in SHE systems and governance roles.
- Strong knowledge of SHE legislation and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead audits and assurance programs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience driving cultural change and continuous improvement.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Minimum 8+ years in SHE leadership roles.
