About the role

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration or a technical field, or an IHK-certified specialist qualification (Fachwirt) with proven many years of professional experience in the procurement of services.
- Good knowledge of EU procurement law.
- Initial experience in public-sector procurement and procurement experience in the services commodity group.
- Strong user skills with standard software, including the MS Office suite, and experience with SAP R/3 MM, Vergabemanager, and IT procurement systems.
- Good English language skills.
- Several years of experience in independent project management.
