Responsibilities
Administrative function for the operational area of the internal ALS ordering platform ("WPS") in line with instructions
Creation and maintenance of supplier and user guides
General tasks in fleet management
Communication with customers and suppliers
Support of central, group-wide and decentralized, site-related purchasing
Support for international procurement transactions
Assistance with tenders
Requirements
Commercial vocational training, e.g. as Industrial Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk (m/f/d), or equivalent professional experience or further qualifications
Experience in purchasing is an advantage
High degree of self-organization and a structured, conscientious working style
Assertiveness to meet the requirements of the work area combined with a service-oriented approach
Advanced IT skills (especially Microsoft Excel and industry-specific software)
Proficient German language skills for both social and professional use (at least C1 level in spoken and written)
Good English skills for international communication within the group
