About the role

• Quality Engineer managing 100% project work for packaging line establishment at Merz Aesthetics. Focused on quality management, change management, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• The role requires 100% project work to build a packaging line and establish all necessary processes.
• In quality management, you will monitor and ensure the quality of packaging materials and associated processes.
• This includes implementing quality control procedures.
• Within the project, you will have an oversight role for document transfers.
• In case of quality issues, you will analyze them together with internal and external partners.
• As a Quality Engineer with a focus on change management, you will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing changes to packaging designs and labels.
• You will manage the related change procedures.
• Another focus of your role is supplier management.

Requirements

• Degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge of quality management, change management, and supplier management
• At least 3 years' experience in a GMP environment (Good Manufacturing Practice) and knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements
• Desirable: Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
• Desirable: Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Desirable: Certification in packaging technology (e.g., Certified Packaging Professional, CPP)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards
