Responsibilities
Consulting on processes related to the onboarding activities of acquired/MSO physician practice arrangements
Serving as a primary liaison with prospective provider groups to coordinate the implementation, training, support, and ongoing maintenance of all activities related to the onboarding process
Tracking the 30/60/90 days post go-live reporting
Identifying process improvement opportunities related to all integrated onboarding activities
Travel is required in this position
Requirements
Bachelors Degree related field or relevant combination of training and experience
Five (5) years of practice management experience in an outpatient physician practice setting, with an understanding of physician needs, project management, practice patterns, practice management systems, and workflow
15 years of healthcare industry experience, with at least 10 years in physician practice management (without Degree)
Strong understanding of healthcare coding and physician practice regulatory requirements knowledge
Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task and lead multiple projects at the same time and achieve results
Significant working knowledge of MS Office- (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and SharePoint
