About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, multi-phase projects that support fundraising, technology, and operational objectives.
- Develop and implement project methodologies, governance structures, and documentation standards.
- Build and maintain comprehensive reports to track milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Partner with leaders, technical teams, and departmental stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, software development initiatives, and process improvements.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks; recommend data-driven course corrections to ensure project success.
- Serve as a primary liaison across cross-functional teams and vendor partners, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely communication.
- Interpret external regulations and MSK policies to ensure compliance and inform decision-making.
- Support change management, adoption planning, training, and communication efforts associated with new tools and workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressively responsible project management experience, ideally in a technical, operational, or enterprise systems setting.
- Proven experience leading software development, system integrations and implementations, or data-related initiatives.
- Strong ability to lead organizational change and navigate complex environments with shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- PMP certification (or willingness to pursue) is strongly preferred.
- Experience with enterprise CRM systems such as Blackbaud CRM.
- Familiarity with Airtable, Jira, and related project management tools.
- Experience within fundraising, mission-driven, or nonprofit settings is a plus.
