About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the PM in defining vision, roadmap, and rigorous prioritization.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative discovery to identify real problems and opportunities.
  • Monitor metrics, investigate variances, and turn data into decisions.
  • Write user stories, detail requirements, and ensure clarity for Design, Engineering, and Data.
  • Test hypotheses, validate solutions, run experiments, and measure impact.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, clinical teams, and external partners to deliver end-to-end.
  • Document decisions, organize learnings, and help raise the squad's maturity.
  • Support, and occasionally lead, team ceremonies (planning, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives), aligning with agile practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Product, Technology, Data, Operations, Design, Business, or CX/CS.
  • Ownership and commitment: we seek someone who collaborates, takes responsibility for outcomes (not just tasks).
  • Genuine interest in the healthcare ecosystem and willingness to study the medical journey, regulatory contexts, and real sector challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills (metrics, analysis, experimentation, problem-solving).
  • Curiosity, structured thinking, and a desire to understand root causes.
  • Good communication, organization, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product/engineering ceremonies.
  • Advanced English for reading (technical documentation, papers, benchmarks).
  • Familiarity with digital products and analytics/experimentation tools.
  • Comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets, basic analyses, charts, time-series comparisons).
  • Genuine desire to grow as a Product Manager.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (a plus).
  • Experience with B2B2C platforms, transactional products, or regulated markets (a plus).
  • Experience with structured discovery or experimentation (a plus).
  • Proficiency with backlog and project management tools (e.g., Jira) (a plus).
