Requirements
- Previous experience in Product, Technology, Data, Operations, Design, Business, or CX/CS.
- Ownership and commitment: we seek someone who collaborates, takes responsibility for outcomes (not just tasks).
- Genuine interest in the healthcare ecosystem and willingness to study the medical journey, regulatory contexts, and real sector challenges.
- Strong analytical skills (metrics, analysis, experimentation, problem-solving).
- Curiosity, structured thinking, and a desire to understand root causes.
- Good communication, organization, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product/engineering ceremonies.
- Advanced English for reading (technical documentation, papers, benchmarks).
- Familiarity with digital products and analytics/experimentation tools.
- Comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets, basic analyses, charts, time-series comparisons).
- Genuine desire to grow as a Product Manager.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (a plus).
- Experience with B2B2C platforms, transactional products, or regulated markets (a plus).
- Experience with structured discovery or experimentation (a plus).
- Proficiency with backlog and project management tools (e.g., Jira) (a plus).
