About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for managing and growing SaaS customer accounts at Meltwater. Collaborating with Customer Success and Renewals teams to drive customer retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, renew, and foster growth within assigned accounts
  • Focus on driving sustainable, long-term growth while overseeing renewals
  • Develop customized account plans and strategies for customer retention
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within accounts
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team
  • Partner with Renewals Representatives for robust account retention
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor customer usage patterns to inform strategic renewal approaches
  • Implement proactive sales processes during renewal negotiations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • 1 - 3 years tenure in account management desired
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
  • Ability to develop effective account plans and strategies
  • Proactive approach to identifying and driving expansion opportunities
  • Refined communication and collaboration abilities
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving growth targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Ability to legally work in the country of hire
