Partner with Renewals Representatives for robust account retention

Monitor customer usage patterns to inform strategic renewal approaches
Implement proactive sales processes during renewal negotiations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
1 - 3 years tenure in account management desired
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
Ability to develop effective account plans and strategies
Proactive approach to identifying and driving expansion opportunities
Refined communication and collaboration abilities
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving growth targets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
Ability to legally work in the country of hire
