- Outlet Manager responsible for operation and performance of Food & Beverage outlet at Meliá Ho Tram Beach Resort. Ensures high-quality service, guest satisfaction, and compliance with standards.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall operation and performance of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, high-quality food and beverage standards, and strong financial results.
- Manage and oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth service flow and consistent delivery of brand standards.
- Lead by example in professionalism, grooming, punctuality, and service behavior in line with Meliá standards.
- Ensure the outlet and surrounding areas are clean, well-organized, and properly set up at all times.
- Deliver courteous, personalized service and handle guest inquiries or complaints effectively, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Ensure all team members are fully trained on outlet concepts, menus, products, and service procedures.
- Participate in menu planning with the Head Chef and Executive Chef, aligning offerings with guest expectations and market trends.
- Drive revenue through effective upselling and alternative recommendations while controlling costs and minimizing wastage.
- Prepare and analyze outlet performance reports, budgets, inventories, and monthly P&L results.
- Ensure accurate use of the POS system and compliance with opening, closing, audit, and internal control procedures.
- Plan flexible staffing schedules based on business levels and lead, coach, and evaluate team performance.
- Support internal and external audits and respond promptly to operational or management-driven changes.
