About the role
- Manager leading Inventory Excellence across six countries in Egypt & Middle East. Overseeing inventory accuracy, retail controls, and RFID technology integration with a team of specialists.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Inventory Excellence function across six EMC markets
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Inventory Specialists
- Serve as the primary escalation point for inventory discrepancies
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reporting
- Lead the planning, deployment, and operational integration of RFID technology
- Ensure 100% alignment between aLS, SAP, and store systems
- Partner with Loss Prevention to identify risk areas
- Standardize and oversee BAU inventory processes across all stores
- Provide regular updates to Senior Manager Retail Operations and Senior Manager Consumer Excellence
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- 6–8 years of experience in retail inventory control, stock management, or retail operations
- Experience managing multi‑country retail operations
- Industry experience in Sports/Consumer Goods is an advantage
- Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory‑control processes
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools
- Experience with SAP, aLS, or similar retail systems
