Responsibilities
Support with content and communications projects (e.g., magazine relaunch, copywriting, PR materials, campaigns)
Active management and development of regions with many new users and few Meet5 activities ("grey areas")
Development and testing of new Meet5 formats (Weeklies) and handover to Captains or automated processes
Research and design of a referral program (market comparison, best practices, ideas to activate new users)
Recruiting new Community Captains with a focus on younger target groups and underrepresented regions, including independently managing the entire captain recruitment process (identification, outreach, interviews, selection)
Supporting new Captains at launch (onboarding, clarifying expectations, ensuring successful first meetings)
