Community Manager for Meet5 managing community growth in the Netherlands and Belgium. Creating content and collaborating with local community captains for engagement.
Responsibilities
As Community/Country Manager, you are responsible for using our proven community-building concepts to launch and grow communities in the Netherlands and Belgium
Writing newsletters, blog posts, push messages, and other content
Managing the local community captains (volunteer supporters of Meet5)
Monitoring the development of your communities weekly and helping draw conclusions for next steps (dashboards and considerable support are provided)
Requirements
Excellent command of Dutch and English: You will create content and manage local communities, so strong writing skills in both languages are required
Background experience in engagement, social customer care, localization, translation, copywriting, moderation, and/or community management — ideally gained at a brand or digital agency
Social media knowledge: Experience using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube
Bonus: German at B2 level or higher
