Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in philanthropy.
  • Proven track record of building donor relationships and securing large gifts.
  • Highly motivated, critical thinker with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Motivational and inspirational leader for staff and volunteers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills and politically astute.
