Community Manager for Meet5 managing Dutch-speaking communities in the Netherlands and Belgium. Creating content, managing community captains, and analyzing community development.
Responsibilities
As Community / Country Manager you are responsible for using our proven community building concepts to start and grow communities in the Netherlands and Belgium
Writing newsletters, blog posts, push messages and other content
Managing the local community captains (volunteer supporters of Meet5)
Monitoring the development of your communities every week and helping us draw conclusions for the next actions (dashboards and lots of help are provided)
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English: As you will be creating content and managing the local communities, you must have excellent writing skills
Background experience: either engagement, social customer care, localisation, translation, copywriting, moderation, and/or community management, either with a brand or digital agency
Social Media knowledge: Experience in using either Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and/or YouTube
Bonus: German level B2 or higher
