Community Manager for Meet5 managing and growing online communities in the Netherlands and Belgium. Utilizing community building concepts and creating engaging content for members.
Responsibilities
As Community/Country Manager, you will be responsible for applying our proven community-building concepts to launch and grow communities in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Create newsletters, blog posts, push notifications and other member-facing content.
Manage local Community Captains (volunteer Meet5 supporters).
Monitor community performance weekly and help derive actionable insights for next steps (dashboards and full support provided).
Requirements
Excellent command of Dutch and English: strong written communication skills in both languages, as you will create content and manage local communities.
Relevant experience in engagement, social customer care, localization, translation, copywriting, moderation and/or community management — either in-house or at a digital/creative agency.
Social media experience: familiarity using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and/or YouTube.
Bonus: German language at B2 level or higher.
